I always enjoy my visits to Cousins Quick Lunch, and the service is excellent. I usually order takeout for lunch, and the prices are reasonable, typically around $10 to $20 per person. The food is consistently outstanding, earning a full 5-star rating from me. The service also deserves a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere is equally delightful, also a 5. I highly recommend trying the club sandwich, along with the chips and fries!

**Review #2:** I stopped by yesterday to order a sandwich to go. There were two customers ahead of me, and after placing my order, I stepped aside to wait. As I watched the two employees assembling orders, I became increasingly uncertain about when my order would be ready. They seemed more focused on chatting than working, with one even bragging about being named employee of the month. There was no sense of urgency at all. After waiting for a while, a lady came out from behind the counter and asked if she could take my order. When I told her I was still waiting, I asked for the time. I had placed my order at 2:06 pm, and she replied that it was now 2:24 pm. I inquired about the delay, and the employees behind the counter looked taken aback by my question. The woman explained that she had been on break prior. This lack of attention to customer service was disappointing. She offered me free fries or chips as a token of apology for the delay, but all I wanted was for my sandwich to be ready in a timely manner. I can't recommend this location. One of these guys is employee of the month? That's surprising.

Came in at 7:45 after a long day craving a pepperoni melt the two young men behind the counter looked confused and told me they couldn’t get me a sub because they already “turned off the grill for the night”? Honestly just really disappointed, it wasn’t that late. I worked customer service and we would never do that. :
