A Poppa Burger ordered and it was huge! Fresh toppings stacked up. I couldn't fit it in my mouth! And I have a big one! Absolutely back!

When eating at 336, the service was rejected as they said changing crews. Five people behind the line don't know what problem is. Must be nice to turn off customers who have so much money as a franchise. We were six. I won't take my money back. Horrible experience, Horrible customer service .

Floates were very good, but the food was bland. Fries were cold and appeared and tasted LIKE they were dropped twice in the Fryer. I asked for fresh fries. Manager confronted her team about the mistake and gave me 2 free meal combo cards.

Great food when there are open which isn't very often. Very poor drive thru ordering system right next to the noisy air units (hard to hear order taker). Also wouldn't hurt to have a light on the outside of the building. The A&W sign on the front of the building is not lite up so you can hardly tell it's there and the drive-thru window side is so dark it looks abandoned on that part of the building. Usually end up going to McDonalds just down the road to get food. This store gives the A&W franchise a black eye.
