Chili's Grill - Thibodaux

My friend wanted to eat here so we decided to order the two for $25. It was a lot of food! We ordered the loaded fries, a rib and steak dinner, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed my steak; it was cooked how I like it. However, I was disappointed with the asparagus I ordered. They didn't snap off the inedible woody ends off the asparagus which is cooking 101. Other than that we enjoyed our meal, and we had a really nice waitress.

They desperately need to hire some more people. It takes way too long to get your food, its always cold by the time you get it home. Last time they gave my girlfriend like 7 fires and forgot her other side entirely.

I have been here waiting for my order for over an hour and it’s almost nobody in the lobby! The person working the register said we were just waiting on our hamburgers but that was 20 minutes ago!

Worst chillis i ever been too and i worked for the franchise 3 different times. Workers were lazy food was not made correctly and or temperature thus almost had food poisoning

Some of the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced. I placed a to go order at 7pm. Estimated pick up time was 7:49. I pulled in and went to pay at 7:40. Stayed in my car for the rest of the time. 820 rolled around so I decided to call to check on the order. No answer. At 830, i went to check on the order and they said another 10 minutes. It has been over an hour and I am typing this while STILL waiting on my food.
