2024 Jan: Always difficulties in cooking with an apple in the oven too cooked and grumpy like all the other prepared in advance — successful blue cooking, but a little cold — so learners in preparation — finding and keeping a good motivated staff is difficult this time, I know... The wines and cognac remain excellent. The service is as good as before, but people in the room may demoralize if the dishes do not follow enough. That said, given the influx of shops and cinema, the place is always full and does not require much effort to turn.
