Contribuiți la feedbackThe food is great when it’s available, but for some reason, they stopped cooking and ran out of dishes. We ended up having to settle for leftovers. I don’t understand why a restaurant would cease cooking in the afternoon. Other customers who arrived after us were also turned away. It’s a puzzling way to run a business.
We began dining at this restaurant after hearing some positive feedback recently. The chicken and shrimp are delicious, and I am especially fond of the mashed potatoes and gravy. The new management is doing an excellent job.
The restaurant frequently seems to be closed, likely due to being short-staffed. It's currently 2:30 in the afternoon, and I think they should consider operating only during a 9-to-5 shift. If they had just one person working an 8-hour shift making chicken, it might allow more people to enjoy a meal. Just a suggestion!
The associate was friendly in Champs, but very quiet and soft spoken. I had a hard time hearing what she said. The chicken was reasonably good and the correct temperature, but the mashed potato?s seemed like they had been sitting around for awhile. Champsis ok, but not my favorite chicken place
I always enjoy going to Champs Chicken, great customer service and great food.
