Contribuiți la feedbackWe had booked lunch at the Moya, which is part of the Miramar hotel group. We were seated overlooking the beach and water and staff was very attentive and pleasant. Great choice of foods from fresh seafood to standard dishes like burgers and pasta. Recommendation...on wine was given as well, which was very much appreciated. Even though a bit on the pricey side, given it's a 5 star setting, to be expected. Portion size was well measured and we very much enjoyed the food and location
We visited this restaurant twice for lunch during our stay in the fantastic Yaktsa Hotel. And it’s a drama. The kitchen is not able to coop with the orders. So you have to wait and wait and wait before food is served. And when it...comes in the end it’s often not what you asked for. We asked for a Ceasar Salad with the dressing on the side. And yes, they served dressing on the side... But at the same time salad was drowned in dressing too. And we saw around us other guests waiting and returning the dishes. If a kitchen fails the restaurant fails. The staff is doing their best to save what’s possible but in the end you feel disappointed. The quality of the food is ok but not special while at the same time the prices are way high. But the view is fantastic and the beds on the beach very good. We stayed at the sister hotel Yaktsa and the only thing that stroke us as absurd is that you can’t transfer the bill to the Yaktsa hotel. And they even wanted separate payments for the restaurant and the beach facilities. In general it’s not custom friendly and should not be an issue in a 5 star hotel. So even while we enjoyed the beach and returned for a second time, the restaurant didn’t offer value for money and rate this one as average.
Having visited the Miramar Beach Hotel on numerous holidays disappointed to find the Michelin starred quality L'Etoile de Mer has disappeared and all restaurant facilities now downstairs at the Moya restaurant. The Moya location is impressive but the pricing and service is un-impressive. Having to...wait for 30 minutes to be served an aperitif at lunch, and to have to go looking for menus on another occasion demonstrates poor restaurant leadership.
The Setting and the staff are great. also the Food is pretty nice. but the pricing is simply too high even compared to the 3 stars Michelin Restaurants and the exclusive location... a tiny small Portion of some Rice and one stuffed Little calamar was...32 euros.
The restaurant is right on the water but they have few tables on the terrace. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was quite plain. The bread was fresh. The guacamole was creamy but un-inventive and the chips were a bit over-cooked. The rocket...salad was very plain; couldn't really tell there was a dressing on it. The mushroom sauce was creamy and the rice and chicken were very plain. The hotel and restaurant are decorated in a Moroccan style and the restaurant would benefit from a chef who's not afraid to experiment with those spices.
