Cane Garden Country Club - The Villages

Nice atmosphere and the server was great. Why two stars? I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was not hot the meat was blah. French fries were nicely cooked but close to room temperature. Someone sitting next to me ordered a Rubin and said it was good. The test is would I go back? Maybe and try the Rubin. I would never order the cheesesteak again. I did take some home and reheated it in my toaster oven and it was much improved. If I go back I will up date this review.

Stopped in after golf for a late lunch with a few others in the neighborhood group. eight of us at one table and another eight at the next table. Our server, Stacy, was great with being on top of everything from getting drinks to serving the food very quickly and everyone being happy with their selection and the kitchen staff making it all tasty and good looking

The server was very nice, but the food was just so so. The flatbread was soggy and that sweet stuff on the top with horrendous. We will be coming back. Nice view though.

While I live full-time within 3 blocks of CG, I find my wife and I go to Havana CC or Bonifay CC several times a week because they offer entertainment from 5-8pm . As a result we stop by CG for a night cap only. Whoever is in charge is missing out on our patronage. Many others have expressed the same frustration. The bar and food bill we spend would more than pay for the cost. It's time to improve your model and make CG our go to place. By the way the Bartenders are top notch but there is much more to CG than the bar.
