Fantastic pub/restaurant. Lovely food and amazing staff and gin!

My man and I thought to eat on the way home from a day outside and were both impressed. from the moment we went through the door, we and our dogs were made to feel welcome and appreciated as customers. the dogs had a free cup of cookies while we cloged our drinks and went through the menu. we chose a Sharing plate and both hungry also ordered a few pages, as it turned out that the sides were completely unnecessary, as the plate was more than sufficient. not only did we have to push the odds under the table to the eager dogs, but also had to take home after a doggy (he hum, husband). the food was delicious and the bill pleasantly surprising. the only disappointment had not enough space to try a desert so we have to go back in spite of it. many thanks to all at the pelican for a snatch from an amazing day. x

Beautiful ambiente, friendly staff and excellent eating with varied menu. we had sea fruits plated and meze to share in the afternoon. you could have done.

Brilliant pub, dog freendly and mouthwater eating. beautiful to see the pub under new managment and to wish them the best in the future.

Great pub in a great location. I had the huh and chorizo orzo, which was beautiful, finished with the sticky toffee pudding I think it was the best I ever had! very nice staff too.
