La Pizza - The Quays, Salford

Will not be using again..... ordered an order for 15 people,,,, The Pizza took to long to deliver...crushed by the delivery driver who forgot 5 portions fries as they left them....returned 30 mins later with some soggy luke warm fries....did not answer my call to discuss options Service: Delivery Meal type: Other

Worst service ever, the food is also almost as bad as the service. We ordered tonight and after a hour and half of waiting for food we called to check up on it, they said that when they called no one answered , however no one called us, so they sent it out a second time. The same thing thing happened again, no one called us to tell us they was here so after a hour we rang the store, he started screaming on the phone like a big baby accusing us of being scammers saying it’s dodgy that we have phoned up saying it’s not been delivered. Like what?? He said on the phone, come to the store and if the phone rings we will refund you, so we Literally walked to the store, when they rang my boyfriends phone it did ring!! So someone was clearly lying about something and it wasn’t us, all we wanted was our tea . To top it off we took the cold food anyway as they wouldn’t refund us we got a refund off just eat luckily) the pizza I ordered which was cheese and tomato had meat under the cheese, even though we told him on the phone one of us doesn’t eat meat hence the cheese pizza something is just so off about this place, avoid it with your life .

Absolutely shocking will not order from this place again. Ordered a Donna kabab with onion and mayo, with fried chicken and a van of coke. An hour and 15 mins later no coke plain kabab and chicken was raw. When I rang back they said ill bring you more chicken. Why would I want more chicken when they couldn't even cook the first lot Service: Delivery
