John and Jessie's - The Pas

Worst restaurant experience in my entire life! We called them at 7:30 pm to check if they are open and we were told that they will be open until 10 pm. So we showed up just after 8 pm looking to get some good food but we were disgusted by the customer service of the host as she stated that they are closed now as they were only open until 9 pm. Well..it was 8:10 pm, so still 50 min. Before closing, so we insisted to be served. She just walked off and asked the kitchen „What am I supposed to be do now“ in a manor I have never seen before. Well...outcome was that we didn’t get served and walked out pretty pissed.

With our weekly trip to the pas we have our lunch. jojn ans jessie’s steakhouse. the staff are always friendly and helpful and I think they will get used to seeing my wife and daughter and I. eating is always great with a lot to eat as the portions are fantastic.

Quality eating at a good price. clean building and friendly staff. I like the story behind the business.

As always the food was amazing. Had a perfectly done steak and tasty ribs.

Medium sized parking lot. Friendly staff sat us quickly large menu with a lot of choices. They had both tables and booths, our booth was very comfortable. I had a really good lasagna with meat balls, very very tasty. We also had a chicken bacon swiss burger that was also very good. Come try this place out. The service was great. They have much more then steak and ribs. If we are in town we will eat here.
