't Jagertje Food Wine - The Hague

Nice eating, anyway was a bit conventional, fish soup and desert were the best. excellent wine. jazz music was very nice, but a little loud. not a great first date experience, but if they go for jazz and good then this is the place!

Restaurant was door corona bijna leeg. Het eten viel tegen en de sfeer was slecht. Het was erg stil.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience. the service was good and we ordered 5 courses with 5 wein pairings, but we received only 4 actual feeds and 4 glasses wein, because a cursor pairing was a very small glass sorbet and bubbles, which was absolutely unacceptable to be called walks or as wein pairing, and ridiculous to call both. the wine pairings we made were very small when they pay €7 per pairing, they expect more than half a glass wein. the jazz was nice, but the band showed up when most people finished dinner halfway, which was a strange timing. Overall, we think it was significantly overpriced and not the culinary experience that it pretends to be. I wouldn't recommend it. we have contacted the restaurant about it and besides the refund of two glasses of wine pairing, the problems were not reacted in the round.

The ambiance was great and the food was amazing. They were very nice people. We had a great night! The live band played during our dinner. The whole experience together was lovely.
