The Teahouse Tapioca And Tea-kirby

I received my drink completely empty (I hadn't taken a sip yet). It tastes like chlorine or tap water. This is the second time this has happened.

The menu clearly listed prices for blended drinks and indicated their availability. However, when I requested one today, I was informed that they no longer make blended drinks. They offered to prepare one for us this time, but at an extra charge. If you don't serve blended drinks anymore, please remove them from the menu.

I visited the restaurant for boba tea, but unfortunately, they were out of boba. To make matters worse, half of my drink was just ice, and the staff didn’t even ask if I wanted ice or inquire about my preferred sugar level. It ended up being the worst tea I’ve ever had. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This is by far the worst boba tea shop I have ever been to. The drinks are overly diluted and devoid of flavor. The management should do some undercover visits to really understand the quality of their offerings. The cream teas, especially, leave much to be desired. After visiting various Teahouse locations for over a decade, this one has made me hesitant to return to any of them. I have been here multiple times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing, with the added frustration of them frequently running out of boba. I'd much rather travel further for a boba tea that I actually enjoy.

I really adore the taro cream tea! Although I’m not a huge fan of the almond drink, the fries and popcorn chicken definitely make up for it! The staff is consistently very friendly!
