Went by today like 4pm paid almost $5 for a small tortilla soup and I gotta say that's the most horrible thing I've ever tasted! I work hard for my money just like everyone else so Im just disappointed and feel robbed.
Terrible place and customer service, the employees are focused on anything else except serving others. You go in and you have to wait for them to finish talking about what really interests you in order to place your order. They don't tell you if they're going to take it. They don't tell you. They don't inform you. It seems like you have to get to that place and investigate if it suits you. are you going to sit down or if you have to wait for your order. The employees are despotic and vulgar. I don't recommend it at all even though it is such a nice place.
Is really hart to say it. Worst services ever on drive-thru.
Dined-in today, all 3 orders of my food was done way before I finished filling up my fountain drink. FYI we were the only customers inside that ordered and dined-in no long line in drive-thru either. My food was cold, they got my order wrong, I ordered steak fajita bowl they gave me the chicken bowl. I returned it the just dumped chicken out and within 1 minute the steak was chopped and done. Meaning it wasn't fresh, it was not hot nor warm either. Their customer service attitude was poor. Also the condiment station only had 2 salsas, red, roasted Pico di galo nothing else. Half the fountain drinks was water. Oh and there's no more HAPPY HOUR. I am now reminded why I haven't ordered Taco Cabana in so long
