Lazy staff went up in there to try to a placeorder and the staff didn’t even want to take my order at the front counter. Basically told me I need to go to the kiosk reasons like that is the reason why AI is going to take over their jobs.Never going to that Taco Bell off memorial again

The food is often cold. I've actually gone here before and, after ordering through the app, a worker came out and told me that they ran out of taco meat. It took several days before I got a refund, too. Drive-thru employees always seem to be fighting or spending way too much time away from the window. I've heard a manager yelling inside before.

Don't go here they can't follow a simple order I said no sour cream add guacamole yall even put it on the ticket and still gave me a normal 5layer full of sour cream no guacamole smfh learn how to read the screen and prepare the order right

This location is CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong. I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and they gave me a beef burrito. Unfortunately this is the closest taco bell to my home. But now I guess I'll have to start going to the one down on Westheimer.

Burrito Supreme was watery . . The flavor wasn't right.The immigrant behind the counter made it apparent he didn't like Americans.
