Subway - The Energy Corridor, Houston

Came in at 8pm, Remarkably average experience. Dude with long curly hair was okay, didn’t say say much. He was cleaning the toppings area, which is fine but he took his sweet time. The gentleman with shorter hair was more helpful and considerate. Overall I’m extremely disappointed in Subway, there’s a reason the stores are closing worldwide. The service was fine, but just subway itself is overpriced garbage.

Ordered online and had to still tell them once i got there how to fix my sandwiches. What was the purpose of ordering online. And they had the order printout. And the attitudes of the worker's was terrible and rude.NEVER AGAIN there

They over charge you. I was charged an additional $1.43. I sandwich that I have gotten there before which is usually $6.23 turned into $8 and change.

Im huge on customer service. this is where they go wrong. I order online now and i don't have to deal with their lack on customer service) went in was next in line, the lady is about done in front of me.... enters 2 more men who proceeds to look at me and stand with the woman in front of me and proceeds to order two more sandwiches.... looks around in confusion)And then i ask for the Italian sandwich Italian BMT) and the person said they don't have one... like how... i was over it.
