Subway - The Energy Corridor, Houston

Never go here. The service is absolutely terrible. The kids there told me they are not allowed to serve 6inch subs, only footlongs, and they refuse to get new product from the back once the counters are clean. I would understand if it was close to closing time, but this occurred around 7p. No Tomatoes, No Tuna, No Spinach. Absolutely ridiculous.

Newly remodeled location very clean, Everything was fresh and tasty..

Worst and slowest service. Girl making my sandwich kept going to the freezer to get things and fill up trays with meats and veggies but wouldn't change her gloves. Even after touching different surfaces and handles. When I asked her to please change her gloves she gave me a loud sigh and got defensive saying she only touched avocado. Not true. Extremely unsanitary and rude. And the other girl with her also rude and saying things under her breath. I asked them why they were being so rude. I come here often and until today never experienced such rude service and witnessed such unsanitary conditions. No apology from them or any cares about the customers.

A lone employee trying to keep up with online and walk in customer. So yes, my order was wrong, but I understand. They need more help
