Subway - The Energy Corridor, Houston

The staff members display poor attitudes and lack good manners; they should both be let go.

I recently went to this Subway branch and had a very unsatisfactory experience. I had placed a mobile order and paid for it in advance, but the employee told me that they do not accept mobile orders. Despite this, she made my sandwich while rolling her eyes, which was disrespectful. Moreover, I noticed the manager speaking to the employee in Spanish, which made me uncomfortable as it seemed they were talking about me. In general, the customer service was subpar and I have no intention of going back to this Subway branch.
