Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for an order of medium tator tots… watched as they handed out food to the cars behind me. In my mind this process takes up to 5 minutes if it’s super busy not 15 minutes when the store is dead.
The person at the drive thru window was rude. I placed an app order. He came out and asked why I didn’t order at the window. I told him I tried to check in the drive thru but he didn’t answer. I explained that I placed an app order. And he replied, “well you can wait” and he walked away. The comment was rude to say and unnecessary. I waited in the drive-through, received my order and asked to speak with a manager. He was wearing a manager tag. He said “she’s not here” so the I asked for him his name and he said that I could not have his name. Since he refused to give me a way to identify him to report his poor customer service, I’m attaching his picture.
It’s a Thursday night November 2 at 7:05 PM whoever the owners of this location needs to be aware of their staff and how they treat people in the drive-through… My card was having issues being ran at register, but instead of asking for a different card I watch them take it off and run it over and over and over in a scanner and once handed back to me was destroyed! When I try to speak to the drive through girl, that were working they said sorry ma’am and slam the window in my face… I hope the owner of this location or the manager is made aware of this, because if that’s how you’re gonna treat people, that are coming to your establishment .I will make sure people know not to go there anymore! Very rude!
