Pho Van - The Energy Corridor, Houston

The Char-grilled Rice plate 10/10 ??? this is my second visit to the restaurant I had the spicy beef noodle soup which was good just wish it had more noodles. But this visit to the restaurant made me type a review! It’s a must try yall.

Nice spot for Vietnamese food. Outside the building looks desolate because there is no green areas around, but inside decoration is fresh and ambiance is friendly.The food is beautiful and tasty, really loved the spring rolls, they were fresh and crunchy, great for a hot day. Next time will try their classic Pho.

The soup was delicious They added some dehydrated dried fish flakes it made it a little bit fishy which I actually liked. It also made the Pho a little saltier than normal. It was very delicious this restaurant is so clean and perfect it's like a newly renovated place, really nice really clean excellent cleanliness delicious food, extremely proficient service friendly and conscientious.

Had a great first time experience! The service was very fast, and food got to the table within minutes of ordering. I got the pho tai, egg rolls, and a thai tea. The broth was clear, light, but rich in flavor. The egg rolls seem homemade and they have a great crunch with super flavorful filling. The thai tea was perfect to round out the order; not too sweet but not too strong on the tea. I will gladly be coming back here again! I very much enjoyed my experience here, and I'd highly recommend this place to others.

We were excited that this place was traditional and had 4.6 stars . As we walked in it smell pretty good. They have a lunch special. But right after ordering and putting toppings on our pho , just as I was getting ready to eat a cockroach came floating from the bean sprouts. We told the waitress and all she said was sorry and offered to change the pho . We said no thanks and ran out of there . As I write this review I’m still sick to my stomach
