Pardis (food Truck)

I like that the food was hot when delivered. The flavor of the wings was not what I was not flavorful.

This food truck is a hidden gem. I have been here twice. I had the catfish poboy which was well seasoned and fried perfectly both times. I think I should try another dish next time . The French fries were excellent too. Decent prices and good portion size.

Baby when I tell you this is the BEST N.O FOOD EVER!! The Hot Sausage PoBoy with the Bayou Fries!! Yess Lawd!!

10 out of 10 service! My company hired Pardi's for an event, and they did not disappoint. They have an excellent menu with a wide variety of choices, and they top it off with prime customer service. I hightly recommend!

Best po-boy i’ve had in a minute, everything was super fresh and they had fast service. i’ll definitely be back!
