Contribuiți la feedbackNot attentive to the customer. Had to repeat my order several times cause the guy behind the counter was too interested in telling about his date the night before. And the girl who checked me out rolled her eyes when I asked for condiments. Then threw my receipt in my bag. I was with my little daughter and she did this in front of her. How unprofessional she and him both were. No customer service there whatsoever. Complained about the service there over a year ago and still has not changed. Won’t be back. Was also over charged and the guy who I had to keep repeating my order to was in charge and he said I got 3 egg rolls, which I didn’t. Again, don’t even know how to look at the cameras. So involved in himself. Fast food places going downhill.
Second time I go around 8pm and they're kitchen is closed and only selling what's available. They must be too lazy and losing money because I wasn't the only car to drive off from the drive thru...

Food was excellent but watch what you pay for had to wait on the super greens no problem but the they helped the entire line and ran out of broccoli beef had to wait on that then they ran out of the grilled teriyaki chicken and I got the scraps I also ordered spring rolls and a apple roll. I was charged for an extra entrée and honey walnut shrimp and cheese rangoons. I didn’t notice the charges till after I had finished the meal and putting my reward number in that after all the waiting I did to get the meal I paid for someone else’s meal. I took the receipt up to the cashier she remembered me and we went through the receipt and she said I did hit the $1.50 for the shrimp by accident. I said why didn’t you tell me no response so what can we do about this she said there’s nothing she can do. So it looks like to me there must be an incentive to sell more shrimp on paper so the higher ups can see what there selling making there quota I’m not sure but I will not go to this panda again I will drive to the one by my house I know the people there better anyways.
Just left and the service was terrible. The lady behind the food counter looked me in my face and lied. Y’all need to train your staff better!
