Food is ok. Service was quick. But I found it a bit dirty. Accidentally spilled my drink. Someone bumped into me at the overcrowded Food Court and my soda and ice went flying. Went to the counter to get another one, and they charged me for it. It's not about the $2. It'd be good customer service to replace it at no charge.

I agree with Frank the service was excellent and the manager was really nice and funny to customers, staff, even a little boy that walked up and asked for a to go box even though he didn't order from here.

Fat short Mexican clean shave can’t hear or make a sandwich to save his dear life. Not to mention the poor activities attitude he gave. No wonder everyone was Nextdoor at Charley’s. This guy is running down great wraps name because they use to be great now it’s time to switch to Charley’s

The wrap was very good. The hispanic guy was awesome very kind and friendly. I sit at front of them, and my husband and I saw a very clean kitchen.
