Satisfying and complex flavors! Love the mix of lime, garlic, and cheese. Knocks your expectation of food truck food out of the park. Very worth the price. Enjoyed it fresh out of the truck! Bread pudding is a must.

My NEW GO-TO! I got the Jerk Chicken and Shrimp Rasta Pasta. My fiancé got the Ultimate Jambalaya. They were amazing! No extra salt needed lol!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I am very hard to impress when it comes to food… I swear I should have been a food critic. This is by far the best Cajun I have tasted in my entire life (and I’m 40). LIFE! Their sampler plate and etoufee was amazing and full of flavor. They don’t skimp on portions…the chicken is cooked perfection with the breading as well. Their hush puppies are PERFECT. I don’t know how they haven’t been on one of those food TV shows. They were totally win. I’m so glad y’all came to our neighborhood. You gained a customer for as long as y’all are in business out here. God bless you and your business.
