Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Wine

Overall it was very good. It would have been excellent but my filet was overcooked (parts of the filet were actually well done and I ordered medium rare) and it took about 15 minutes before I could get my waiters attention. She sent over a manager who ordered a new steak. However it was about 30 minutes before the new filet arrived. I understand it happens that sometimes a filet is overcooked. The problem was that it took so long to deliver a new properly cooked filet. There must have been a breakdown in communication. It wasn't until the waiter checked on us again, about 25 minutes later and then spoke to the manager in the kitchen that the problem got resolved. My new steak was wonderful but it tarnished the experience waiting so long as my wife and son had already finished their meal. My wife and son also said their filets were somewhat overcooked but not as much as mine. They comped my meal to make up for the wait which I do appreciate. I will try Flemings again and hope for a better experience.

The atmosphere and food was outstanding, the food came out in a fair amount of time, my steak was a little bit rarer than I wanted but they quickly took care of the situation and I was very pleased, the manager came out personally and talked to my party, we really appreciated that, he even took the steak off our ticket, our waitress Miranda was very attentive and professional and friendly!! We totally enjoyed every aspect of our experience and we look forward to returning!!

The perfect choice for Mother's Day! Our party of 6 were greeted so warmly by Zack, who immediately took our cocktail orders. As it turned out, he was the restaurant's bartender, so Sky replaced him as our server. Appetizers included the lobster bisque, the shrimp cocktail, and fried mushrooms. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included steak lobster, Chilean sea bass, the barbecue salmon filet, and scallops. All were also excellent!! We were so very happy with our server she was knowledgeable, very pleasant and provided the best service! It is a great place to celebrate special occasions! We shall return soon and often!

Delightful opportunity to treat my wife going into a busy weekend. Steaks were perfectly prepared, wine selection is modest but targeted well. Service was low key, perfect for relaxing.

Haven't been here in a while and was very surprised it wasn't that busy on Saturday night at 7:15. There used to be valet, but not anymore apparently.. When we walked in there was no hostess for a couple of minutes, but then she showed up, she had just gone to the ladies room, no big deal. We had the most amazing server and the food and drinks were excellent!! I hope they are doing ok business-wise. The food and service really is top-notch!
