Cookies By Design

This place is amazing. I placed an order for some custom Prince cookies for my mother and they turned out great and delicious. Definitely worth the drive and the customer service is excellent.

It's now closed!!!! 😡😡😡... went there in July 2019, all signs are down, shop cleared out and no forwarding address or store. Really sucks!!! Better advertising might have helped as they are arguably one of the BEST cookie sellers around.

You have to try the lemon drop cookies. They are delicious! My husband thought I was over reacting when I told him they are my favorite cookie ever. He happened to be with me when I stopped yesterday, as they never make it home, and he said they were the best cookies he ever tasted. I was so sad when they closed their location in Rice Village, but I was so happy to see them open up their shop even closer to home. I stop by whenever I am in the area or when I want some cookies! :

Ordered a cookie basket (online) to be delivered May 10th in advance of Mother's Day. I received an email stating my order was placed and confirmed the delivery date, but did not receive an email stating my order was out for delivery. The basket was never delivered, I never received an email or call stating there would be a problem with the delivery. I attempted to contact them by email which came back MAILER-DAEMON failure notice. Contacted them May 14th by phone and was given literally no reason why my order wasn't delivered. I requested a refund and have yet to receive any correspondence from the company about my purchase price being refunded. They did offer to send something else, but if what I paid for didn't get delivered how can I expect a consolation package to be delivered. My experience has nothing to do with the product which may actually be very good. My review is based solely on the lack of professionalism, follow through and unsatisfactory customer service I received. While this is my first/last time dealing with this company, cheers to those who've had a 4-5 star experience. Go to the store, avoid the website!

When I tried to reach out for assistance, I found that they were closed for the weekend. After three days, the basket finally arrived this morning. I expressed my concerns about the lack of a tracking number and inquired about a possible refund for the delivery fee, given that the promised delivery date was not met. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that they would not be addressing the issue and blamed FedEx for being unable to access the property due to an access code. However, my friend's property is entirely open, requiring no code, and the basket was delivered today without any issues while no one was home. Customer service did not address my concern regarding the missing tracking number. Given this experience, I've decided that I will no longer use this company.
