The Riv Cafe - The Dalles

The breakfast burrito I had was served nice and hot. The coffee was great! One suggestion I have is maybe putting a sign up on the front door saying please shut door behind you. The school kids that came in would not shut the door(unless they were reminded)and it became cold in the room.

The chicken and waffles were outstanding…wow wow wow!!

Great food that is well seasoned and so tasty. The biscuits and gravy was very rich and unique. Barista was very welcoming and confident (Flat White and Soy Latte) Kid friendly with a few toys for younger kids. Took our 11 month old and had great time. No changing table, but they said they hoped to soon.

I really like the place, but don't get the suns up burrito. Doesn't even taste Mexican. Had some sort of white cream sauce in it. No salsa on the side. Will go back and try other dishes.

Leaving a review about the coffee! Amazing coffee/latte Didn’t find many reviews about the coffee, just how amazing the food was so I wanted to leave one. They know what they are doing
