I would honestly choose that option from food to service every morning they mess up something with my order .Today was my last straw I got breakfast for the family 4 breakfast sandwiches 4 hash browns and 2 wraps .They needed me to wait in the lot for the food which was understandable . I waited 10 minutes , came home to serve the table and literally half my order was missing . All they gave me were the 4 breakfast sandwiches. I got my things and inconveniently drove back to let them know my issue and all they said was sorry we forgot to bring it out and gave it to me through the window . Now I have cold breakfast and all they could do for me was give me what I paid for .
I had farmers breakfast wraps with coffee when I went to this Tim Hortons in the morning about 5.30. I truly like my meal. It was expertly built and perfected. The gal over there gave me fantastic service.Excellent service all around.
Not impressed at all! How hard is it to listen to your customers?? We asked for a breakfast sandwich with bacon on a jalapeno asiago mozzarella bagel 4 times, and she still said, a jalapeno bagel toasted with cream cheese? We also asked for one of our coffees to be a lg 3 milk 1 sweetener, which came with 'no ' sweetener and was labeled wrong, as well as 2 of the new rocky road cookies, which they clearly had over a dozen of, and instead got 2 the chocolate ones next to them in the display. Will NEVER be back to this location!
This location has the absolute worst customer service and they never get the order right. I’ve learned how to deal with it though. Before you enter the drive thru get yourself in the right frame of mind you can’t be impatient. Just relax. Order. When you get your food DO NOT DRIVE AWAY! Check everything in the bag! Open the wrappers and check. (If I asked for no sauce on something, there will likely be extra sauce on it. If I ordered roast beef they might have given me chicken. Tell the window person and have them try again. Don’t leave until they get it right. Eventually they will give you what you ordered.Also, make sure you order everything at the speaker. Don’t try to add anything at the window. They have a strict no window orders accepted policy. Once I asked for a packet of strawberry jam at the window and they told me no, I had to get back in the drive thru line if I wanted jam.I found dealing with the utter incompetence at this Tim Hortons has helped teach me patience and made me a better person.
The service is so bad, its slow, they NEVER get the order right and their so incredibly rude that i will forever boycott this tim hortons.
