Pizza Pizza - the Creek in Stoney Creek

Worst customer service at a pizza pizza. I ordered online ahead of time and came after 20 minutes to pick up and specifically ordered olive oil as the base because I have health issues and my stomach can’t tolerate tomato sauce. Even though I showed the two people there my order, they told me I was wrong and they wouldn’t do anything. I had to show them how placing the order doesn’t even let you put two bases like they said I did and they still wouldn’t believe me and went to talk to their manager. Eventually, told me to wait 15 minutes for another pizza and never even apologized.Never had such terrible customer service where they refused to listen to the customer.Go to the other pizza pizza please.

I went to this Pizza Pizza location today. First things first, there is no accessibility button. I had to hold open the door with my foot while I tired to stir my double stroller in.Once in I was greeted by a worker making a pizza within a couple minutes. She came and took my order. I paid cash. After she gave me my change, she walked back over to the station and continued to put cheese on the pizza she was working on previously. She she continued I asked “are you not gonna wash your hands after you handle money?” She walked back over to me.. I repeated myself and told her money was Beverly dirty. I then asked for a refund. A man comes over without asking any questions and proceeds to give me back my money. He put my money on the counter and said nothing. I took my money and left.I can’t imagine how many times she touched her phone, the store phone, the cash register, the fridge and who knows what else without washing her hands and still making pizza. I’m disgusted to say the least. The sink was on her right side and passed it.

Very good pizza with amazing flavour. All the toppings were fresh and the Customer service is very good aswell. I would definitely recommend this location!
