Waited about 20 minutes for chicken fingers… blonde cook in the back clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.. should be fired

Cold poutine, warm pop (no ice)and counter was phlthy with. Clearly not cleaned properly the night before. It was almost dirty enough I cancelled my order. All this and they had only been open 30 mins.

Food was cold or barely warm. I asked the counter person, preparing my burger not to put a lot of catchup, mustard, etc. She piled it on, and I wonder if she could put any more on it. Pretty disgusting. I'm sure that if she's working on the counter, I'll give Harvey's a pass.

Don 't blame the workers blame management. Maybe if they weren 't living in 1950 's there staff wouldn 't be so difficult. Or maybe you should of hired those who were qualified rather than hiring attractive females to work on cash and muscle men on the grill. They offered me the job 6 months after my interview. Obviously wasn 't interested based on the cringey interview. Also the audacity to think its okay to wait 6 months to respond.

Juat left there about 10 15 min ago after picking up a burger and onion rings to take away.Was no problem, service was quick, no one really there before me, got my meal quickly but because I ordered a burger and large onion ring the bag the young blond employee I femt was kinda small so I asked her if she had a larger bag. She grabbed a larger bag for me but that was after an eye roll.I may be older bu Im far from stupid and I see (and hear) a lot more than I let on. I work in fast food also and have had customers ask for stranger things alot more rudely and working with the public, juat dont do the eye roll in front of them.Last time I was up here was 2 3 yeara ago at least, probably wont be back up here fr a bit and definately going to thing twice about getting a meal from here. About $14 to get my food plus an eye roll from an employee isnt worth my time
