A&w Canada - the Creek in Stoney Creek

The staff was very slow and they seemed more concerned about talking with each other than doing their job. The food was ok, it just took forever. 10+ minutes for a breakfast combo and they weren't even busy.

Ordered through Uber eats, food got here fast and was hot when it got here. Fries and onion rings were still crunchy. All the food was fresh and well cooked, only critique is the bacon was over cooked to a near inedible crisp. Also drinks were filled fully and still cold when arrived. Would order

I loved the spicy habanero burger at A&W, but when I ordered a combo from this specific location I had the worst experience. The burger patty was too oily (seemed like it was refried for don’t know how many times) the patty had a typical taste of oil as if it was not changed in months. It was a disaster. Only took a few bites, as had a fear that I might fall sick. Don’t recommend this location at all. Just waste of money. Too bad A&W

Terrible is the best word to describe the place .service is slow and rude burger wasn't dressed properly. It's dirty and messy. I had a bad experience prior to this visit thought I'd give another try big mistake. I like A&W just not this location .awful.

Foods were served fresh. Burgers are assembled very neat and well organized.
