Alexandros Take Out

Cannot follow even one instruction. I placed an online order for 4 gyros, 3 salads, and 3 Greek fries. I put instructions for the gyros and salads (no onions or tomato etc. and every salad and gyro all came with all toppings. I called afterwards to make a complaint and no one answered the phone. I got a email asking for my experience, and there was nowhere in the email to click to even write a review.. Clearly they weren’t paying attention to the order and just made everything as it comes. I’m allergic to tomatoes so couldn’t eat my salad or gyros and only had Greek fries to eat which were rock hard and had barely any feta. Pay an extra charge for Greek fries to get next to nothing added.. Over 100$ in dinner for myself and some family and it was basically all inedible. Complete waste of money.

I had the salad with 1 chicken skewers under the lite bite menu. I think it was $9.65+tax. I loved it. The chicken was perfectly grilled and the Greek salad was delicious. It was basic but very well done. I had take out so it was in the same container you would put a burger in. Not a lot of food and at first I thought wow, you don't get much these days, but it was packed full and I could tell the lady who served ne really cares about the quality and quantity of food a customer gets for the price. Glad I got this instead of the chicken pita which was cheaper because I'm trying to loss a few pounds.

I use to go to this restaurant in Toronto as a kid and the food was spectacular! this is now my second time at the Hamilton location and it’s been absolutely disgusting, the tzatziki taste like straight yoghurt, chicken super dry, potatoes taste like they were made 5-10 days ago this Hamilton location is the scum of Greek food.

“Washroom for customers only.”In this particular visit, I was a driver picking up an Ubereats order, I kindly asked the ladies in the counter if I could use their washroom and the older lady working said “its only for costumers”without showing any emotions.How sad are you that you can’t even share your washroom to a person delivering your costumers’ food?Its tough to support a business that gets stingy when it comes to sharing a facility for their basic human needs.I understand that you need the washroom clean for your customers, but i dont think its that much to let delivery drivers of your customers to use them.

Food not worth the price. The potatoes tasted old and bland.
