The hours are wrong on some pages. yes, they have some employee changes and are now good to go! in the rule there are only two people who work, so I do not recommend to call, because they will not be able to answer when they are ashamed. they are open Mon-Thurs: 11.30-2pm and 6-9pmFriday-Sunday 11.30-9pm with the shacks that host day-on evenings with music. they have a great menu and also offer vegetarian and vegan options. enjoy it with a small selection of Japanese sake and beer!

The Tonkotsu and Dry Ramen were delicious we forgot to take photos of it ? really good.

Pretty close to an authentic ramen experience. There's a standing bar as well as heated outdoor seating. I usually order tonkotsu as I enjoy richer and thicker broth but last time, I was pleasantly surprised by the shoyu ramen and have been craving it since then. Be sure to add the sauce/oil powder to your liking! Don't go without it.

Love it. Fresh delicious and dog friendly. Enough said.

If i could give this place 10/5 stars I would! I don't get ramen often because most places make their broth too salty for me. Husband and i came here Sunday night and ordered 2 tonkotsu ramens, mine with a request for less salt. A few minutes later the chef runs out to flag me down and asks me if i had eaten there before, and tells me he is worried the broth will lose a lot of it's flavor if salt is reduced, so i ask him to keep it normal in that case. He then comes out with a bowl of broth and a spoon and asks me to check and ensure it is not too salty. Broth tastes lovely, and he packs the bowl of broth along with our 2 ramen bowls for us. The ramen itself had excellent flavor, good texture noodles, and a good presence of ginger. Amazing food and service!
