Saltgrass Steak House - The Colony

Hated and regretted going here with my family. When we arrived we waited for over 5 minutes to be shown where to sit.After sitting it took another like 5 minutes for a waiter to come to our table to ask us what we needed to drink.The soup we started with was so cold that we had to have it rewarmed.We ordered two T bone steaks that were to be well done no red no pink.When our meal was ready we were served only to realize halfway that it was not well down,we alerted the waiter who offered to take it back and be recooked but my partner and I declined as we were already fed up and didn't trust them anymore with their shody serviceThe manager on duty didn't handle matter well,we were racially profiled,never treated well from moment we were here and am determined to push this matter to cooperate we have pictures of everything.

Had an amazing time dining at Saltgrass in The Colony. The meal started on a high note with their irresistible bread. I opted for the sirloin tips that came atop a bed of mashed potatoes and mushrooms, and it was flawless — perfectly cooked and seasoned. The side salad was also a hit, offering a fresh, crisp bite. Service was attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. Overall, a 5-star experience that I'd highly recommend.

Excellent steaks, great service. We sat at the bar, which had comfortable seats, and the bartender Cody was especially great. The food came out quickly, tasted amazing.I recommend the crab stack and certainly any one of the steaks, I had the ribeye with Cajun crawfish on top, and my husband had the texas T-bone with crab on top. Good variety of cold beer and other spirits.

Great atmosphere and service. We had a very attentive server and someone that was in training and both did an excellent job. The manager stopped by to check on us and made sure everything was in order. He managed to crack a little joke as he walked up right when we had food in our mouths.
