Mcdonald's - The Bronx

We waited for 30 minutes on New Year's Eve to place our order. It was unclear what was causing the delay. The customer service was very friendly and accommodating, although they were unable to fulfill specific requests. We ordered a speck and cheese sandwich, but the meat was rare and when we tried to give a piece to our dog, blood came out of it. They had to cook it more thoroughly. We asked for extra fire and no salt, but they only had salt available. When we requested mayonnaise, we were told they did not have any packets. It's always hit or miss with this restaurant. It seems like there may be a high turnover of employees, as I can't imagine experienced staff would allow this level of dissatisfaction.

They gave me an old and dry filet of fish sandwich make them ask them to make fresh

Ordered a few burgers and pommes to go with the burgers and supplied by uber eat. I have all burger and no fries at all. how hard is this job?

Beautiful people, eating is well done, and I love that the inner of this mcdonald’s is mr. speedee themed, a real explosion of nostalgiefood: 5/5

No boxes for the cactus flea market meal but was told the toy was in the bag of food. It was not and as I didn't unpack the bag until I got home, I had to make an email dispute and am awaiting MCDs to get back to me about replacing the toy of refunding me.
