I can't comment on the food since we never received our drinks and ended up leaving after waiting for 35 minutes. I understand that sometimes service can be challenging, but with only six tables to serve and two servers along with a hostess, I expected a better experience. If a manager happens to read this, it was Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 7:35 PM to 8:15 PM. Dinner experience rating: Service 1, Atmosphere 1.

We were seated after a while by the hostess. She asked us what we would like to drink. We told her and she said our drinks would be right out. After a long while, a waitress came over and asked what we would like to drink. We repeated our orders telling her the hostess also asked us. She apologized and said she would be right back. She stepped to the latge table behind us and proceeded to take an order from the Safford high school basketball team. We decided to leave at 8:15pm when we were disgusted enough to leave. For any managers who read this from the franchise in Thatcher, Arizona 85552, we arrived at 7:35pm, on November 16th, 2023. I withheld the shift managers name. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
