Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered a sub and went to scan reward qr code to earn points, and was told their scanner was not working. Inconvenient but I 'll just pay and ask for a receipt and get the points later. After I paid I was told their printer was not working and that entire system was down. This annoyed me as there was no sign put up to say their reward system is down. They didn 't tell me as I ordered, nor did they tell me as I tried to scan my written code. I was only told after I paid. What was really annoying was that the employee said This (hand jesting to the printer) entire system is down. And just looked at me and expected me to just accept it. No trying to compensate in any way not even a sorry . Left with a really bad experience.
Both staff members engaged in conversation (I’ve been in many where they seem to want you in and out no fuss) with us and had a good idea of what they were doing as I heard one of them advising another customer what sort of sauce would go best with her sub when she asked, helpful, friendly and finally someone gave me extra extra sauce when I asked as I like A LOT and usually I only get given a tiny extra. Partner had a steak and cheese which was filled to the brim! And I had the chicken and bacon, both very tasty! over all very happy with our visit!
A different experience to normal lunches but a nice change and really good value for what is on offer the deals seem the best depending on what is on offer that day
Sadly I have visited here a couple of times and have not been overly impressed on either occasion. Staff try there hardest but we're all round and seemed to mess up and get confused on every order The area was quite grubby round by the drinks and bin etc
In particular Coral!! She was great suggesting combinations of ingredients! We were served quickly and professionally. We even had a joke with them it was lovely to be treated well. Thoroughly enjoyed the food! It's a must to try chicken chorizo with double cheese!
