Sir Stanley Gray Bar Restaurant

OMG!! What a Sunday roast! Arrived and hadn’t booked they were super busy, restaurant full but we’re still very accommodating and served the best Sunday roast I’ve had out in years! Beef was tender, nice selection of veg thick gravy and proper muffin tin Yorkshire puddings! Also served with cauliflower cheese plenty for two!! Asked for extra gravy, not a problem and staff were super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going again but will book as don’t want to be disappointed in not getting this fab roast!!

It was my dad's 86 so we decided to stay at the Pegwell Bay Hotel for 3 nights, which the Seaview Restaurant is connected to. We had three evening meals there and one snack after midday and all meals were lovely, staff friendly and the view lovely. yes, would recommend xx

From walking in the door and being welcomed by the Manager “Becks” with a warm smile, great food, nice wine, topped off by all the lovely staff, lovely atmosphere throughout. Gary&Faye

All the staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, a huge thankyou and gratitude goes to Bex for helping to save my life. I choked on a chip, it was extremely scarey and I thought I wasn't gonna make it, my family were assisting me but Bex rushed forward and took control of the situation. A hard slap on the back and my trauma was over and my families ; she then got me a much needed drink of water.. Thank god Bex knew what to do. My Hero : x

There were 8 of us having lunch on 13th July. There was a wedding on at the time. Few of us had jacket pockets, they were cold not warm but cold!! . The salads were very cold!! .The plates were left for ages and not cleaned away. There was hardly any staff, probably cooking the wedding food. Awful !! Not going back
