Golden Curry - Thanet

Very pleasant experience, server attentive but not over bearing, we ordered lamb korma with pilau rice which was absolutely delicious and worth the money, will definitely return Only criticism is the decor is a bit tired , but dont let this distract you from this gem.

The restaurant was nice, clean staff friendly but the food was not very good, decent size portions but very bland, did not taste like curry at all.

Great food as always its one of my favourite takeaways with consistent quality and authentic tastes.

Service slow and unpleasant. Decor unpleasant. Toilets disgusting. Food very salty and greasy. Overcharged on food and shifty waiter quickly took away the bill. Avoid.

We have dined at the Golden Curry in Margate frequently over the years The last two occasions were a disaster, when I ordered the takeaway for last night, I requested that the chicken not to be overcooked!! The chicken was again very dry, the grease oozed out of the meat. All of the containers were flooded with oil. There was a strong foul smell from the rice. The nan was overcooked and tasteless. Basically inedible. Three of us not feeling to good this morning. Suffice to say I shall not go back.
