This restaurant review highlights some significant issues regarding service. The wait time for food to be served was excessively long, leading to an unsatisfactory experience for our group. While some diners received their meals promptly, others had to wait far too long for theirs, which resulted in everyone delaying their dining experience. As we politely waited for all guests to be served, the dishes that were served first ended up cold by the time the last plate arrived. This situation reflects poor time management on the part of the restaurant. However, it is worth mentioning that we all enjoyed the food, which was very original and flavorful.

On Friday evening, we had a reservation at 8 PM, but there were no other diners in the restaurant. The bread and sausages were good, but the meatballs and risotto were not clean. I had been recommended this restaurant by local friends, so I was surprised by how disappointing it was. It was also quite pricey for the quality of food we received. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful unique restaurant with delicious food and very cozy atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. menu was different than the norm and beautiful presented. would definitely recommend.

We have dined the restaurant numerous times like it very much. However on Saturday evening we were rather disappointed. Our meal was very good, my sea bass light delicate my husbands steak tagliatelle was delicious. Our grumble was with service. Initially we were the first clients of the evening but within the hour the restaurant became busy creating a pleasant ambiance .... However that's when the service really went down hill.... We had to wait for what seemed like 20mins for our second drinks to arrive, later we were brought someone else's drinks..... I asked three times for dessert menu was just about to give up when the young guy appeared with it... I orderd affrogatta with amaretto It came with the most delicious coffee ice cream, I was so taken with the flavour of the ice cream I didn't initially realise my expresso was missing!!!! However the other waitress realised brought it along. Not the end of the world, we really enjoyed our the food.... OUR GRUMBLE was the service charge!!!! There is no way would we have given the amount they charged us As the restaurant was busy my husband didn't want to cause a fuss make an issue out of it They clearly need to employ more staff
