Sonic offers an amazing grilled cheese sandwich with a cheeseburger inside. I thoroughly enjoyed it - it was excellent and more.
The staff at this restaurant seem to be unaware of how to accept coupons, whether they're digital or paper. However, if you use the app, you can receive various discounts and promotions. Despite the confusion with coupons, everything else about the restaurant is fantastic. If you're looking to save money, consider ordering online and taking advantage of the available coupons.
Service was fast and friendly but come on now. Do better.
I pressed the red button to place my order at the restaurant. However, I had to wait for 10 minutes and pressed the button multiple times before someone finally answered after 15 minutes. Even after placing my order, there was no response. I waited for another 10 minutes and pressed the red button two more times before deciding to walk over to the next stall. After standing there for at least 3 minutes, the intercom went off at my truck and someone took my order again. I paid with my credit card and then had to wait for my order to arrive. It came out quickly, so I assumed it was the first order I placed. I had to request napkins and when I tried the country fried steak I ordered, I found it to be tough like leather. I tried to get someone's attention using the red button but there was no response. Eventually, I had to flag down Alexandra who was delivering food to nearby stalls. She took my complaint about the steak and had it remade. I also asked her about the speaker issues and she said it had been malfunctioning since she started working there. The stall should have been closed off. Additionally, the double meat burger I ordered with cheese and mayo only came out as a single patty with ketchup on it. The cherry vanilla Dr Pepper I ordered lacked the vanilla flavor, cherry flavor, and had very little ice. Despite the issues, I felt that Alexandra did her best to rectify the situation by fixing the steak and offering apologies for the inconvenience. I believe we need more employees like her. Thank you, Alexandra, for your professional customer service.
