We love popeyes. clean place. delicious sandwiches.

This is the absolute SLOWEST and most unprofessional Popeyes restaurant I've ever been to. I waited in drive-thru for my order for over 20 minutes, and then I was asked to pull to the cubby, up front. After waiting another 5 minutes, I decided to go inside. I got to the counter and asked to speak to the manager, who told me the reason for my over 25 minute wait was due to shift change. Over 25 minutes waiting for a shift change?! I DO NOT recommend this restaurant for anything, anytime, on any day!

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Got here at 9 with 3 people in front of me. Waited 30 minutes to order. Was told they were out of everything but regular spicy chicken and fries because it was so close to the time they close after I just waiter 30 minutes for 3 cars. At this point I was already trapped in the lane with people behind me so I went ahead and ordered spicy chicken, fries, and a Diet Coke. Then I proceeded to wait another 25 minutes for the cars ahead of me to get their food. Get my food and leave and soon found out I didn't get any Sauce I asked for, the chicken was undercooked, and they gave me a regular coke that I can't drink because I'm type 1 diabetic. So now I'm driving with 1 knee eating nothing but French fries with no drink. **** you popeyes.

We drive from Galveston to this location because it’s much better than the two locations on Galveston. Better food, better service. Every once in a while, you might have to wait on chicken but that just means your food will be hot and fresh.

Under new management, service was fast and they are going through changes. So much has changed since my first poor experience at this location. They will definitely continue to earn my business. Thanks Rita!
