Papa Johns Pizza - Texas City

I ordered a pizza yesterday and it took over an hour to be delivered. When the pizza finally arrived, one of them was missing from the box and the one that was delivered was incorrect. I have been trying to call the restaurant to get a refund, but they are not answering the phone.

I ordered a pizza from the Papa John's website and my order was approved and accepted. However, after waiting for 50 minutes, I received a call stating that the address I provided was their own. This has happened to me twice before, where my address was confirmed and the order was delivered without issue. This time, the employee informed me that they could not assist me and advised me to order from another location. I have ordered from this location many times in the past and never had a problem with delivery. It was frustrating to be told they couldn't help me after waiting for my pizza. The customer service and assistance with my order was poor. To top it off, the employee hung up on me without providing any further assistance.
