Downtown Diner - Texas City

We came to dinner after reading Google reviews. The place was empty when we came to him, what worries us a little. We have a steak sandwich and pommes and meat. Everything was delicious. Portions were huge, we could just share one or the other and get full. I'm surprised the place wasn't packed. Very clean and friendly staff. Will be back soon!

The beautiful Lord sitting on the front greeted me and my husband with a warm smile and an enthusiastic personality. He helped me find out what I wanted and even explained what the things were when I asked questions. This place is amazing over all and the food is so worth the price. I love the atmosphere here. 10 out of 10 stars!

Excellent place to eat. sandwiches, burger, hot dogs, suppen, salate and even gyros. have tried everything on the menu. they want a break from the almost food scene, that is a place to look at. the personal is excellent. always beautiful, always smiling and in good spirits. I eat there at least once a week

Today we went there for lunch. The food was really good. The consumer service was amazing. We were welcomed by amazing employees who were very knowledgeable. The food was really good. The meat and potatoes were so good. There, Greek food is also very good. If you are looking for a nice, casual place to eat, then Downtown is the place where you eat.

Wonderful Locally owned sandwich shop. Has very creative options. Also serve Mediterranean food which is great for Texas City. Sandwiches are a little in the high end but well worth it size and substance. Supposedly serveve breakfast as well. I frequently get the gyro.
