Chicken Plus - Texas City

After having waited in drive thru for 15+min, I made it to the window and waited another nearly 10min and the employee walked past the window 3 times, never acknowledging me. Drive around the building and noticed only ONE customer inside, Unacceptable customer service.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE!ordered through uber eats and she (the driver did great) WHOMEVER THE MANN WORKING 1/5/2023 was needs to read a receipt and not hold out on what was paid for. or at least POLITELY inform delivery drivers of reasons why his inability to complete orders means he can just talk to people however he wants.

Great Food. Customer service has improved.Need improvement on decor of the establishment
