**Roaches Alert!!** I needed a place to rest for a few hours on my journey home after nearly being awake for 24 hours. Fortunately, I didn't bring any luggage inside. After a few hours of sleep, I got up to take a shower, only to find there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap provided. When I pulled back the shower curtain, I was horrified to see roaches crawling all over the shower— not just one, but a whole bunch! I immediately left without even taking a shower. When I spoke to the front desk about the situation, the staff member didn't seem surprised or concerned at all. She simply said, "I'll note it for service," and that was it—no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I will never return to this place!

The place feels very outdated. Both the room and bathroom were dirty, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in quite a while. There was a dirty, wet towel left in the bathroom from previous guests. The door latch was broken, which made the experience feel quite sketchy. There was also a lot of loud yelling from guests throughout the night. While the bed was clean, it was quite hard. When I mentioned these issues to the front desk, all I got was a simple apology. The only positive aspect is the location, which is conveniently right off the interstate.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The pictures online are misleading and do not represent reality. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever encountered, almost as if it were pulled straight from a horror movie. In our first room, the comforter had blood stains all over it. They moved us to a second room where the bed was marginally cleaner, but the bathroom was disgusting, with paint splatters on the curtains, which were duct-taped to the wall. The leather on the office chairs was peeling, and there was no TV signal. I felt unsafe with sketchy individuals lingering outside while I was smoking. The lobby had hay and grass scattered all over the floor. The doors to all the rooms looked like they had been through a tornado. I later saw reviews mentioning bed bugs, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they have them. This place is incredibly unsanitary. It's clear that management and staff need a serious reevaluation. We will never stay at this rundown hotel again.

The hotel has several shops inside, adding to its convenience. It is very clean and recently renovated, making for a comfortable stay. The location is great, with easy access to I-30, whether you're coming from the east or west. There are elevators and carts available for luggage, which is very convenient. The housekeeping services were prompt, and they were always ready to provide extra towels and washcloths when needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay in Texarkana, Texas. The rooms offer options for queen or king beds, and it's a smoke-free environment. In terms of safety, there are no balconies, and the hotel has elevators and an emergency stairwell for added security. The surrounding area is quite walkable, with a convenience store, Newman's BBQ, Waffle House, and a liquor store nearby. For food and drinks, you'll also find vending machines and the convenience store on-site. Overall, a great experience!

Rooms: Unclean and reeked of urine. Safety: People loitering outside, and a car with a shattered window.
