Papa Gino's - Tewksbury

Richard and his team were extremely patient and helpful in resolving an issue with our order that was related to the website. The online ordering system was confusing when it came to adding and removing ingredients. After refunding our payment, Richard even called us again to explain how to navigate the problem. The cheesy bread sticks were good, but I would not recommend this restaurant on a busy Friday evening. I give it a rating of 5 out of 10.

This restaurant is not worth it at all. They tried to sell me two old pieces of reheated pizza with half-cooked pepperoni (they added it to the cold slices before reheating them) and a soda for $16. I can get a fresh pepperoni pizza and two sodas for that price at any other pizza place. When I heard the price, I decided to go elsewhere. The positive reviews calling it "outstanding" and "unique" are baffling - serving reheated slices does not make a failing pizza chain exceptional.

The pizza at Oakdale Plaza shop #1045 is phenomenal and the service is outstanding. This location is the "Tip of the Spear" and in my opinion, the best Papaginos east of the Mississippi. The staff at this restaurant go above and beyond, showing what an "A Team" looks like. I have visited many Papaginos locations throughout New England, but none can compare to Oakdale Plaza #1045. Please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to the manager and staff. They deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication.

We so enjoyed tonites pizza! We have order from here many times and it has always been very good . But tonite was superb. And when my brother in law went to pick them up, he had remarked at how busy it was and that there were only 2 people working. One was Ruth and the young man making the pizzas. These pizzas were cooked to perfection! We even called back to let them know. Thanks again! Keep up the great work!
