I've had this restaurant on my food bucket list for quite some time, so I was excited to finally visit. I ordered a burger, fries, and a beer.

Over the past 4-5 years, the 99 Restaurant on Route 133 in Andover has significantly declined from being great to quite disappointing. During this time, the restaurant chain underwent changes that did not bode well for its quality.
