We usually have a great experience here, but not so much this last time. We tried the Caribbean steak tips which we have never had. The taste was great, but they were so very tough. $40 of steak we couldn’t eat. When I called to tell them my concern, the young man on the phone seemed unconcerned. He told me he would “let them know”Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed. We order a fresh 25 pound turkey for Thanksgiving Day every year from J B. This year when we picked the 25 pound turkey up, a day before the holiday, it was frozen. When we questioned this, J B said it was a deep chill and would thaw overnight in the refrigerator. That did not happen!. The inside of the turkey was still frozen solid on Wednesday.. We couldn’t leave it out for fear of bacteria, so we had to throw away the $100 turkey. I called J B to see if I could return it and get a fresh turkey, response was no, all our turkeys this year are deep chilled (FROZEN) Not a lot of options at this point, so we had to go out and buy two more smaller fresh turkeys for our holiday gathering. When you order a fresh turkey a month in advance, the expectation is that you will pick up a FRESH Turkey, not a Frozen Turkey. Done with J B.

Workers were extremely rude children... chicken wings were decent, but NOT good enough for me to return my business. would not recommend this place for your meaty needs.
