Al Fresca - Tewksbury

My favourite place! eating is always excellent. waitstaff courtesy and know the menu very well.

Hungry after two hours to be served our meal on 4/15/16. we ordered appetizers, drinks and our escaped and watched many people who arrived after us to the same meal that will be ordered. we complained to the owner erica, who obviously did not invite us for appetizers and drinks, would compensate us for our disappointment and hunger. the saddest part is that you can eat the best Italian in the city, but the service is so terrible that I don't want to give them my hard earned money. I think the owner should have done more to make us feel like we were appreciated customers and wanted us to return. disappointment

This was my first time, I came with my wife and my son, we really enjoy our food, 100% came back. Beautiful presentation, good taste, very good taste....

I had heard some good things about this place so I decided to finally check it out. Kim was our waitress, she was phenomenal- 10 out of 10… at one point we asked her if she owned the place because you could tell she was genuinely interested in our experience and vested in the business itself, what an incredible asset she is. Some of the best service I have received in a long long time. The food itself was incredible I got the special Chicken Al Fresca, highly recommend it. This is easily the best Italian place North of Boston and can hang with the best of them in the North End. I highly recommend this place, Kim you were wonderful, thank you for a great first experience, we will be back!

This is our absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Massachusetts. Anyone we bring here instantly agrees with us. It’s better than anywhere in the North End, hands down. Food is always delicious and fresh regardless what you order. The staff is incredible, remembers customers and greets you well each time. Outstanding overall and you can tell by how busy they are 24/7, but they know how to run a great business.
