This charming local bakery offers a great variety of both delicious broths and baked goods. There's also a small café where you can enjoy tasty sandwiches.

I enjoyed a large latte, a speck roll, and a lard cake. Everything was delicious, with plenty of speck, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shop was well-stocked with lovely bread and cakes. I will definitely return to this charming shop again.

I have a few minor observations about this coffee shop. First, I ordered a meal deal that clearly states on the menu that it includes a sandwich, a drink, and a crispy item. It was a bit frustrating when I was asked if I wanted the bap included in the deal or if I could substitute it for a sandwich. I’m sure they would have happily accommodated my request had they checked first. Secondly, regarding the “not-bombs” that someone mentioned—they are indeed quite large, but they shouldn’t have a sticky texture. If they are sticky, it’s likely because they are pre-made and not fresh out of the oven. The stickiness shouldn’t be an issue if they were freshly cooked! Sometimes, I find myself wondering if I recognize the staff, especially if a new assistant is working. Perhaps they’re just filling in temporarily and need a bit more patience from customers. Overall, this is a cozy little coffee and cake shop, primarily focused on takeaways, with a few small tables. It attracts staff from the nearby high street and some well-known locals. When I visited, I enjoyed delicious brownies, baked jackets, a quick cake, and a sausage roll. The staff has consistently taken the time to engage in friendly conversations or provide directions to nearby places I was looking for. Considering the years of loyal customers they have, I appreciate the effort they make to balance the demands of a busy café with occasional challenging customers. For all this, I am grateful and truly love this place.
